Front Office
In the front office you will be greeted by Rose, who is the office Insurance and Financial Coordinator and Lila, who is the office Schedule Coordinator.
Rose is the person to speak to when you have insurance and billing questions. Rose has been in the dental field for 20 years and we have been picking her brain here at the office for over 8 years. Rose is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to dental insurances.
Lila, our Schedule Coordinator, is usually the first person you would speak to when calling the office. Lila started out as a chairside assistant when she started here in 2002. She has found that her dental skills are best used up front with patient care coordination.
Back Office
In the back, you find Pam, the hygienist and ThuVan, Dr. Ferguson's chairside assistant.
Pam has been with the office for 6 years and her experience as a hygienist runs over 13 years long. Her committment and dedication to her profession is what makes her a great hygienist.
ThuVan has been with the office the longest, over 10 years. Her vast knowledge and experience as a dental assist will make your dental treatment visits informative and pleasant.
